Job Summary
Answer phones, make reservations, check guests in and out, process payments, and maintain the cash drawer while operating office equipment. Provide prompt service by anticipating guest requests, resolving issues empathetically, and applying sales techniques to maximize occupancy. Use the property management system to ensure accurate transactions and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor throughout the evening shift from 3 pm to 11 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability required Monday to Friday, Weekends, and Holidays
- Open to Evening shifts from 3 pm to 11 pm
- Customer service experience
- Accurate cash handling experience
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities
- Positive attitude, outgoing, friendly
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
