Evening Host - Harwood House

Provide timely guest service as the first point of contact in a high-volume restaurant, including answering phones for reservations, greeting guests, checking guests in, escorting guests to tables, communicating with servers and runners, and maintaining balanced table assignments. Communicate special information (celebrations, allergies) to team, uphold food safety rules, and complete required alcohol and food service certifications. This full-time evening host role requires excellent communication, multitasking, teamwork, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior hosting or customer service experience is a plus, with opportunities for advancement into runner or serving roles.
