Job Summary
Answer phones, make reservations, check guests in and out, and process payments using the property management system. Provide courteous, prompt service by anticipating guest requests, resolving issues empathetically, and applying sales techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue. Maintain cash drawers and operate office equipment while meeting and exceeding guest expectations. Requires customer service experience, accurate cash handling, and strong communication skills. Evening shifts available with flexible weekend availability. Starting wage $16-$18/hour.
