Job Summary
Answer phones, make reservations, and check guests in/out and out while processing payments and maintaining the cash drawer. Operate office equipment using the property management system to manage bookings and transactions. Anticipate guest needs, listen attentively to requests and complaints, and respond promptly with empathetic resolutions that may require creative thinking. Demonstrate sales techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue. Requires customer service experience, accurate cash handling, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Flexible availability on weekends required for evening shifts.
