Job Summary
Oversee the 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour by managing food preparation, clean-up, and kitchen/lobby organization. Ensure food safety standards are met, supplies are fully stocked, and answer guest questions regarding the hotel, area, and events. Maintain a high standard of integrity and hospitality with a +1 Service attitude to promote the Drury culture. Provide courteous, friendly guest service to ensure exceptional experiences. This role requires knowledge of hotel accommodations and the community, the ability to conduct accurate inventory, and strong communication skills in English. Flexible scheduling and paid time off are available.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English
