Job Summary
Evening Food and Beverage Attendant at Drury Hotels in Amarillo, TX. You will oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean-up, ensure the kitchen and lobby are clean and well organized, and maintain food safety standards and appropriate stock levels. Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a positive service attitude, share knowledge of the hotel, area, and events, and answer guest questions to create an exceptional guest experience. Must communicate effectively in English and bring a friendly, energetic presence that supports the Drury culture and hospitality excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere
- Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal) in English
