Job Summary
Liaise between field technicians and customers nationwide by distributing jobs, managing workloads across the Eastern portion of the country, and relaying necessary job information. Interact with customers to inform them of technician arrival status and resolve any service issues. Maintain organization and multi-task in a bustling environment while utilizing solid computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel; AS400 knowledge is preferred. Shift runs 3:30pm to 12:00am, weekends and holidays as assigned, with hourly pay between $19.00 and $21.00.
