Job Summary
Evening Deli Cook responsibilities include preparing and cooking deli items per the daily menu, serving customers, bagging and coding items, stocking condiments, assisting in daily deliveries of prep food, maintaining and filtering grease fryers, cleaning the prep and cooking area per Health Dept. regulations, cleaning the deli case to meet standards, and general floor duties (sweeping/mopping) on the 2PM-10PM shift at Lott Oil Company’s Shop A Lott in Natchitoches, LA. Strong customer service, reliability, and transportation are required.
