Job Summary
Enter Bills of Lading information into AS400 from scanned documents at service centers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while identifying and correcting errors before submission. Maintain high production levels for numerous customers and provide Service 2.OD support to internal and external clients. Requires physical presence in the corporate office or approved remote work contingent on meeting company metrics, with availability to report to the office at any time during the regular workday. Full-time evening shift role with a $20/hour starting rate.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of data entry experience
- Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents
- Must be able to type 50 wpm with no errors
- Proficient with AS400
- Accurate typing and spelling skills
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with repetitive work
- Position requires physical presence in the corporate office during the workday
- Work from home employees must be available to report to the corporate office at any time during their regular workday
Desired Qualifications
