Job Summary
Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner while providing superior, efficient service by communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protection products. Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, and place outgoing calls for callback management. Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return and notify management of known customer or vehicle problems requiring maintenance. Offer directions, maps, and local area information to support the rental and return experience. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Available for evening shifts (4:30pm–1:30am) Monday through Saturday at the Memphis International Airport location. Requires a valid driver's license, one year of customer service experience, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Apart from religious observation, must be able to work either of the posted schedule
