Job Summary
Maintain school and commercial cleanliness by cleaning, stocking, and sanitizing restrooms, mopping and sweeping floors, dusting surfaces, and cleaning windows. Dispose of trash and recycling while managing supply inventory. Operate motorized equipment including vacuums and hand-operated floor cleaners. Communicate with managers regarding issues and supply needs. Handle daily exposure to cleaning solutions. This part-time evening shift runs from 3:30pm to 10:00pm Monday through Friday. Candidates must pass background checks and fingerprinting.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
- Must be able to pass a background check & fingerprinting
