Job Summary
Evening Custodian (Full Time) responsible for comprehensive cleaning of district facilities, including floors, carpets, glass, washrooms, and fixtures; perform floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing), spot cleaning, and trash disposal; assist with grounds maintenance (snow removal, landscaping); coordinate with lead custodian on maintenance issues and supplies; ensure buildings are heated/cooled, secured, and ready for events; maintain simple activity records; physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds and climb up to 20-30 feet; position offers starting wage $18.46-$24.35 per hour with benefits package including health, life, disability, dental, vision, and a 403(b) plan; position is available with internal or external application options and requires background check.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to climb 20-30 feet
- Able to lift 50-60 pounds
- Endurance to walk/stand for majority of shift
