Job Summary
Assign and coordinate staff activities during evening hours from 9:30pm to 6:30am while providing clinical oversight and crisis intervention. Ensure adherence to regulations, complete accurate clinical documentation, and oversee service plan revisions. Manage case managers and counselors, conduct supervision, and serve as Manager on Duty as needed. Provide direct care coverage, assist with new consumer admissions, and establish staff schedules. Conduct disciplinary processes when necessary, monitor facility conditions, and support quality management efforts. Offer hands-on assistance with daily living skills including hygiene and meal preparation. Promote mental health wellness and act as a liaison to community partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a recognized mental health discipline (e.g., social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation counseling)
- 2–3 years of direct supervision or program oversight experience working with individuals with mental disabilities
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Onsite – residential program setting with evening coverage responsibilities
- 9:30pm - 6:3am schedule
