Job Summary
As the Resident Concierge, you’re the first person prospects and residents meet when they come home, responsible for creating stellar first impressions and building ongoing positive relationships. You will solve problems, plan meaningful events, foster community, generate social media engagement, encourage reviews, and meticulously organize front-desk operations, logs, package rooms, club reservations and freight elevators. The role requires 2+ years of experience in hospitality/retail/travel or hotel, outstanding communication skills, a professional appearance, proficiency with software/apps, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. The position involves weekend/evening shifts and may require lifting up to 25 pounds. Salaries range from $20.67 to $22 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A sharp professional appearance
- Competent with various software, apps and computer programs
- An eye for detail and a knack for anticipating a customer’s needs
- A customer-focused mentality
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
