Job Summary
As the Resident Concierge (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm) at Bozzuto, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, delivering stellar first impressions and building ongoing relationships. You’ll solve problems, provide timely assistance, plan meaningful resident events, foster a sense of community, generate brand loyalty, engage audiences via social media, and maintain organized front desk logs and venue reservations. You’ll work weekends or evenings as needed and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. The role emphasizes hospitality, customer service, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to creating an exceptional resident experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
