Job Summary
Evening CNA position providing direct patient care in a long-term care setting, with an 2pm–10pm schedule. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, measuring vital signs, aiding with meals and hydration, and reporting changes to nursing staff. Will support residents’ ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming), maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment, and collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans. Requires NY CNA certification and a high school diploma, with the ability to work evenings and weekends and to lift/move residents with care. Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus weekend shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in the state of New York
- High school diploma or equivalent
