Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services and support for residents by assisting with activities of daily living. Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to collaborate with the Nurse on updating their Resident Care Plan. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities while maintaining a compassionate approach. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and current state certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA, with Medication Aide certification as a plus. Evening shift coverage is available at Brightview Senior Living in Massachusetts.
