Job Summary
Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures, including vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, cleaning windows, and restocking dispensers. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment while using proper PPE where required. Opens and locks facilities, enabling and disabling the security system as needed. Manage various schedules with flexibility for a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment. Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude, dependable performance, and respect for co-workers and customers. Will provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to be flexible, and work at a fast-paced and multi-tasked job
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must have a clean background
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper
- Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school
