Job Summary
Evening Center Manager responsible for the after-hours clinic operations, including Front Desk, Clinic Fiscal Services, Security/Greeter Staff, Intake Systems, Missed Medication Follow-Up, Referral Follow-Up, and data collection for patient flow. Oversees weekly PAR reports and other treatment center reporting, assists in marketing and strategy development, and supports the Director in maintaining regulatory and accreditation standards (DEA, Federal, State, CARF/JCAHO). Participates in patient record review and assists uninsured individuals with Opioid Use Disorder in receiving medication assisted treatment with counseling and behavioral therapies in line with grant requirements. Oversees grant monitoring and reporting, coordinates resources across entry points, maintains knowledge of evidence-based modalities (Motivational Interviewing, CBT, MAT), ensures HIPAA/compliance, and leads staff development, recruitment, and operational improvements. Requires presence during office hours and willingness to relocate/travel as needed, with a Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a relevant program and state licensure/certification for counselors; two years of supervisory healthcare experience preferred. Salary range: $70,304.00–$72,380.00 annually plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Program
- Counselor credentials/licensure per state requirements
- Certified Counselor preferred
- or at least two years of experience in a management or supervisor position in a healthcare setting
