Job Summary
Evening Case Manager responsibilities include assessing client needs and linking to community resources, assisting clients in obtaining supportive services to support recovery, providing group and individual educational services, maintaining documentation for compliance and billing, and educating clients on daily living skills within a supportive housing environment. The role requires attendance at weekly supervision and case management training, with opportunity to perform additional duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator/Director. Competencies include knowledge of substance use disorder, clinical practice and confidentiality, strong communication, documentation in accordance with agency policies, and effective time management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Substance Use Disorder and Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment. Experience with 12-Step Recovery Program preferred.
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability preferred.
- CPR/First Aid treatment preferred.
