Evening and Weekend Therapist

Conduct evening and weekend therapy sessions while maintaining a caseload of approximately 20 scheduled visits and 16 completed weekly sessions. Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation including annual updates and progress notes. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with team members to improve community access to care. Use evidence-based interventions to support client goals and coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals as needed. Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities.
