Job Summary
Evening and Weekend Porter at Jubilee Housing responsible for spot cleaning common areas, clearing trash from collection points, cleaning office spaces, and reporting urgent maintenance items after hours. Weekend shifts (9am-5pm) at multiple properties and weekday rounds (3:30pm-8pm) at office spaces including The Ritz and 1800 Columbia Road. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, reporting safety concerns, and assisting with snow/debris removal as needed. Requires professional conduct, ability to follow instructions, and teamwork across properties.
