Job Summary
Provide in-home pet care including dog walking and pet sitting for dogs, cats, and other small animals. Responsibilities include visiting clients’ homes to care for companions while they are at work or on vacation, walking and exercising dogs, letting out for bathroom breaks, feeding, medicating, providing fresh water, cleaning up after animals, and leaving notes for clients after each visit. Position starts part-time with availability in evenings and weekends, and may grow into a fuller schedule. Requires reliable transportation, owning a smartphone, and strong communication/customer service skills. Ideal candidates are experienced with dogs of varying sizes and energy levels, and enjoy outdoor activity and helping animals.
