Job Summary
Greet customers, address inquiries regarding charges and vehicle damages, and perform vehicle exchanges and extensions. Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage, report findings to the on-duty supervisor, and scan returning vehicles back into the system while providing computerized receipts. Close sales and finalize reservations as part of the evening shift from 5pm-1am, Sunday-Thursday. Maintain current knowledge of company policies, pricing, and promotions. Required Qualifications
