Evaluation Teacher Leader - Vern Patrick Elementary School- Stipend Position- Open to current RSD staff only

Evaluation teacher leader responsible for supporting performance plan goals at the assigned school. Leads the school leadership team, helps cultivate a positive school culture, participates in systemic change for student achievement, leads CLTs, tracks and posts assessments/data, coordinates calendars and progress, attends trainings and events outside the regular contract day, communicates progress to administrators, and collaborates with district and building teams on equity initiatives and professional practice for licensed educators.
