Job Summary
Evaluation Teacher Leader serves on the school leadership team to support a positive culture, lead school-improvement efforts, participate in CLT planning and equity initiatives, communicate with colleagues and stakeholders, track CLT progress and data for the school scorecard, and collaborate with the principal to ensure professional practice standards for licensed educators. The role involves leading and coordinating CLTs, attending trainings and district events, contributing to district educator effectiveness discussions, and supporting district-wide initiatives such as RTI, equity collaborations, and instructional practices, with on-site training planned in August.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Oregon Teaching License.
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams of educators.
- Experience with CLTs (Collaborative Leadership Teams), RTI (Response to Intervention), PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports).
- Familiarity with Equity Collaborative initiatives.
- Proficiency with Google Apps for Education and Canvas.
- Willingness to participate in on-site August training and district leadership activities.
