Evaluation Teacher Leader - Terrebonne Community School- Stipend Position- Open to current RSD staff only

Evaluation Teacher Leader role supporting school leadership teams, leading CLTs, coordinating district equity initiatives, facilitating meetings and training, tracking assessments and progress for school performance goals, and partnering with principals to ensure professional practice adherence. Strong emphasis on leadership development, collaboration with building teams, communication with stakeholders, facilitation of CLTs and data-driven improvements, and participation in district equity initiatives; on-site August training and 59-hour total hourly commitment across the school year.
