Job Summary
Evaluation Teacher Leader supports school improvement by leading and collaborating with the principal, building leadership teams, and district initiatives. Responsibilities include serving on the principal’s leadership team, promoting positive school culture, leading CLTs, planning meetings, tracking progress, posting assessments and data, attending on-site trainings, and contributing to equity and instructional initiatives. The role emphasizes leadership development opportunities, effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders, and contributing to district educator effectiveness systems. Hours include a total of 59 (monthly leadership meetings, August training, Partners in Practice meetings, and other leadership duties); compensation begins with the October paycheck. The position requires a valid Oregon Teaching License and operates on-site in Redmond, Oregon.
