Job Summary
Evaluation Teacher Leader at Lynch Elementary School oversees leadership responsibilities within the school, acts as a member of the principal’s leadership team, leads CLTs, supports equity and instructional initiatives, participates in district-level leadership activities, coordinates meetings and planning, tracks progress and data for school performance goals, and participates in district equity initiatives. The role involves collaboration with the principal and building teams, professional development, and commitment to professional practice, with on-site August training and 1.5 days of on-site training before in-service week. The compensation is hourly/leadership-based and limited to the school year assignment, with a stipend-style structure.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Oregon Teaching License.
