Job Summary
QA-focused Evaluation & Insights Intern role at Blue Machines in Bengaluru, Karnataka (WFO) for 3–6 months. You will review customer interactions, perform Root Cause Analysis on transcripts and recordings, identify quality issues and patterns across conversations, analyze funnels and journeys to uncover friction and failure modes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve conversation design, agent performance, and customer experience. The role sits at the intersection of Quality Assurance, Operations, Customer Experience, and Conversational AI, and requires strong pattern recognition, attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to learn quickly. You’ll collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement and enterprise-scale AI delivery. Is This You?
