Job Summary
Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations exclusively, with no treatment sessions. Manage intake forms and documentation using provided EMR tools while receiving flat weekly supervision for two COTAs. Complete evaluations, collaboration, and mentorship during flexible clinic hours, with support staff handling caregiver interviews and administrative burdens.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation)
- Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain
- Form 5 availability for COTA supervision
- Experience conducting occupational therapy evaluations
- Passion for working with children and families
