Job Summary
Deliver technical training to client teams and channel partners, ensuring mastery of product knowledge through engaging practical sessions and hands-on demonstrations. Own the implementation of the ADDIE training process from analysis to evaluation, while developing training programs and leading assessment and evaluation leadership. Maintain comprehensive training records, track progress, and report on initiative effectiveness to continuously improve learning outcomes. Ensure compliance and safety assurance while collaborating with stakeholders and keeping updated on automotive systems. Requires 4+ years in the automobile industry with mandatory EV exposure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in engineering (Electronics/ Electrical/Automobile/Mechanical)
- 4+ years' Experience in the Automobile Industry
- Specific service training experience in OEM & or Automobile Service Centre experience as Diagnostic Expert
- Electric Vehicle exposure is mandatory
- Certification in instruction
