Job Summary
EV Charging Technical Support Specialist responsible for diagnosing and repairing DC EV chargers and providing technical guidance to customers and field technicians. Duties include reviewing support tickets, remotely diagnosing EV charging equipment, assisting with installation procedures and configuration settings, documenting issues in CRM/ticketing systems, creating troubleshooting guides, and collaborating with engineering, product management, and sales to escalate complex issues and contribute to product improvements. Requires strong electrical systems knowledge, excellent communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel domestically. Schedule typically 8-hour shifts with potential occasional travel to customer sites; in-person work location in Costa Mesa, CA and Santa Ana, CA.
