Job Summary
Policy Fellow (Contractor) for the European Union portfolio at Chamber of Progress. The role supports the Brussels team for a fixed 6-month term, conducting research and analysis on European tech policy topics across AI, online safety, privacy, data protection, blockchain, autonomous vehicles, online speech and content policy, taxation and workforce issues. Responsibilities include drafting letters, blog posts, statements, testimony, and consultation responses; organizing meetings, events, campaigns, newsletters, and short-form content; strategizing with partner companies on policy matters; building relationships with stakeholders, civil society, and policymakers; and participating in panels and conferences. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, strong English writing abilities, organizational multi-tasking, interest in European politics/public policy, and the ability to work as a contractor while located in Brussels.
