European RevOps Specialist

Job Summary
European RevOps Specialist responsible for driving operational excellence across the regional GTM engine by aligning sales, marketing, and customer success processes, data, and performance management. Delivers actionable insights, improves forecasting accuracy, optimizes revenue processes, and ensures data integrity across CRM and revenue systems. Develops KPIs and dashboards, supports compensation programs with Finance, promotes data-driven decision-making, and drives standardization and continuous improvement across Europe through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, SDR, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps teams. Hybrid/work-flexible arrangement with on-site in Paris and/or remote participation, focusing on SaaS revenue operations, cross-country governance, and scalable RevOps solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a complex, multi-functional environment
- Solid understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and revenue operations tools
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and performance management frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured solutions
- Exposure to international or multi-country environments is highly desirable
- Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and compensation processes
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions without direct authority
