European Material Planner

Develop material plans based on approved S&OP outputs and coordinate supply execution with sourcing plants and European subcontractors. Manage exceptions, capacity constraints, and supply risks while defining SKU inventory targets to drive SMOI reduction and working capital optimization. Monitor production schedules, address identified supply chain safety risks, and maintain SAP master data and planning parameters. Support S&OE reviews through mitigation scenarios and lead continuous improvement initiatives. This role serves as the operational bridge between supply planning, sourcing, logistics partners, and customer-facing teams to ensure material availability and service performance across the European network.
