Job Summary

Lead the delivery of combined transportation and warehousing & distribution services across the UK and EU. Serve as the primary point of contact for European 3PL partners and the operational face of the Logistics Platform in the region, ensuring operations meet cost, reliability, and service-level targets. Handle 3PL partner management, transportation execution (inbound, intra-Europe, outbound to Amazon and fulfilment partners), warehousing & distribution, and service catalogue delivery. Drive SOP adherence, continuous improvement, and cost-to-serve optimisations. Requires 6–10 years in logistics/distribution, at least 3 years in regional/country leadership, direct 3PL relationship management experience, UK/EU logistics knowledge (post-Brexit), NetSuite/TMS/WMS proficiency, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and willingness to travel across the UK and EU.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of progressive logistics or distribution experience in consumer goods, e-commerce, or retail
  • At least 3 years in regional or country-level logistics leadership
  • Direct experience managing 3PL relationships at site or account level
  • Experience across both transportation and warehousing preferred; deep expertise in one with solid exposure to the other is acceptable
  • Working knowledge of UK and EU logistics operations, including post-Brexit customs and trade flows
  • Familiarity with the European 3PL market structure (pan-European operators, regional specialists, country-specific providers) is an advantage
  • Comfortable with NetSuite or comparable ERP for transactional operations
  • Familiarity with TMS, WMS, and warehouse operational reporting tools
  • Strong analytical foundation; confident working with cost-to-serve, freight cost, and operational KPI data
  • Operationally oriented — you get things done reliably, not just plan them
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and EU
  • First Six Months: Map and document the current European 3PL portfolio; establish cadence; onboard into platform service catalogue and SOP framework; surface gaps
  • Deliver the first quarterly view of European cost-to-serve, freight, and warehousing cost performance in partnership with other leads
  • Equal opportunity employer
