Job Summary
European Commercial Director for Fruits and Vegetables Powder responsible for driving sales and marketing of dehydrated fruit/vegetable powders to food producers in Europe, developing new products, and building Go-To-Market strategies based on market dynamics. Oversees category management, budgeting and revenue development, forecasts demand to ensure inventory availability, and cultivates relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and vendors to improve pricing and profitability across regions and products. Requires leadership, strategic planning, data analysis, and strong presentation and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 7 years of category / product management experience
- Degree in Food Technology and MBA preferred
- Fluent in English and Italian preferred
- Proven sales and marketing experience in Food & Flavour industry internationally
- Technical exposure in food ingredients and product development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous/start-up environments
- Strong data analysis and forecasting understanding
