Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests using ODIS, VCDS, or equivalent diagnostic systems while performing full, accurate courtesy inspections. Build experience across domestic and foreign makes by troubleshooting guest concerns, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with the service team to deliver distinguished results. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization while navigating computer systems and working in tight spaces. Requires 5+ years of professional automotive experience with at least 2 years specializing in European vehicles, ASE certifications preferred, and the ability to lift over 100 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience, with a minimum of 2 years specializing in European vehicles at a dealership or independent Euro shop
- Proficient with ODIS, VCDS, or equivalent diagnostic and programming systems
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
