Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles across domestic and foreign makes, focusing on European models. Perform full, accurate courtesy inspections and troubleshoot guest concerns while maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with the service team to meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results. Requires 5+ years of experience, proficiency with ODIS or VCDS, and ASE certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience, with a minimum of 2 years specializing in European vehicles at a dealership or independent Euro shop
- Proficient with ODIS, VCDS, or equivalent diagnostic and programming systems
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
