Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles across domestic and foreign makes, focusing on European models. Perform full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections while troubleshooting guest concerns within the service department. Collaborate with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results, adhering to high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Utilize ODIS, VCDS, or equivalent diagnostic systems to solve tough problems efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience, with a minimum of 2 years specializing in European vehicles at a dealership or independent Euro shop
- Proficient with ODIS, VCDS, or equivalent diagnostic and programming systems
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer

- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
