Job Summary
Europe/UK CSC Network Cluster Lead role responsible for global network strategy, site support, and senior leadership collaboration. Leads EU/UK CSC Network strategy, drives location strategy and governance, coordinates site heads and business-office staff, delivers program leadership to meet strategic objectives, analyzes metrics and risks, and prepares senior management updates. Requires extensive experience in global settings, senior leadership, data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, SharePoint/data-management capabilities, and strong communication. Primary responsibilities include strategy development, execution of programs to reduce fragmentation, engagement strategies across the cluster, and oversight of risk and compliance in alignment with Citi policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
- Prior experience in a senior business execution leadership role, preferably in a financial service
- Global strategic program management expertise
- Knowledge of the CSC Network, financial services industry and technology
- Demonstrated ability to manage and build high performing teams
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication skills
