Job Summary
Europe Industrial Hygiene Manager responsible for guiding regional Industrial Hygiene programs across European operations, providing strategic leadership, governance and SME support for IH disciplines, coordinating standardization and continuous improvement of IH practices, and driving regional/global goals and KPIs. Requires extensive travel across European sites, capability development across the region, and collaboration with Corporate IH and Health CoE; role covers respiratory protection, exposure control, ergonomics, hearing conservation, hazard communication, radiation, hazardous materials management, and new material reviews, with a focus on REACH compliance and TSCA-related matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry or related discipline; Master of Science preferred
- 15+ years experience, including 10+ years IH professional experience
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or equivalent EU/local designation
- Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene principles and European H&S regulations (REACH)
- Experience leading teams and delivering change across large organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
