Job Summary
Leading communications across France, Germany and Spain; owning strategy for three major European markets, shaping priorities and driving product, technology, corporate, and consumer news; building and managing media relationships with reporters across FR/DE/ES; managing local agency partners in DE and ES; building and supporting local spokespeople; partnering cross-functionally with sales, growth, and partnerships to align comms with business goals; connecting global and local narratives to ensure consistent, culturally relevant storytelling across Europe year-round.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive communications experience across European markets, ideally France, Germany and Spain
- Track record of securing top-tier coverage and managing local agency partners
- Exceptional media relations skills with established network of journalist contacts
- Experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies spanning product, corporate, executive, and consumer storytelling
- Strong B2B and AI communications experience with ability to translate complex narratives into locally relevant stories
- Ability to operate across multiple markets simultaneously, balancing competing priorities
- Pace, ownership and autonomy in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- French language skills strongly preferred; German or Spanish an advantage
