Job Summary
Director-level role leading regional access and pricing strategy for EUCAN (Europe and Canada) oncology portfolios. Responsible for translating global market access and pricing strategies into regional plans, leading regional access readiness and pricing excellence, developing lifecycle value and pricing strategies, and collaborating with Global Oncology Market Access Pricing, Medical, HEOR, Policy, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams to meet payer and HTA requirements at regional and country levels. Emphasizes launching oncology products across EUCAN, evidence-based differentiation, and robust stakeholder engagement to maximize patient access and portfolio value. Fluently communicates in English with strong written and verbal presentation skills; requires Master’s degree and 10+ years of market access/HEOR/pricing experience in pharma, with oncology exposure. This role is based in Baar, Switzerland with in-office presence expected three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in health economics, Economics, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline
- 10+ years' experience in Market Access, Pricing, or HEOR within the pharmaceutical industry, with significant oncology experience
- European Payer Knowledge: Understanding of European HTA and reimbursement systems including familiarity with EU HTA regulation and its implementation timeline
- Pricing & Reimbursement Strategy: Proven track record of developing and executing pricing and access strategies across multiple European markets
- Launch Experience: Direct involvement in at least two major oncology product launches in a regional or multi-country capacity
- Stakeholder Influence: Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed organization
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to synthesize policy, competitive, and market dynamics into clear recommendations
- Communication: English proficiency with executive-level presentation skills
