Job Summary
Handle agreements, maintain customer data, and extract information from various systems. Conduct data analysis in Excel to present results with graphs, while creating Power BI dashboards that support business decisions. Support management reporting and ad hoc analysis for Product managers, and visually enhance PowerPoint presentations. Perform internet research on business topics in collaboration with Product managers, including the use of ChatGPT. Scan and archive documents. Maintain customer guidelines. Work approximately 15 hours per week with flexibility for studies. Join a team providing insight into financial infrastructure and the customer experience in the financial sector.
Required Qualifications
- Independent and structured in their work
- Excellent team players
- Eager to learn and take on responsibilities
- Proficient in Excel
- Quick to learn new systems
- Sense of how to create visually attractive PowerPoint presentations
- Strong communicators in both written and spoken English
- We prefer candidates in their first or second year of a bachelor's degree
