EuroFinance Client Services Lead

Oversee end-to-end delegate registration and customer service for a global events portfolio, from setup in registration platforms to onsite delivery and post-event reporting. Drive registration management in Cvent, configure pricing, test communications, maintain attendee data quality, assist with visa requests, and ensure a high-touch experience for delegates, sponsors, speakers and VIPs. Lead onsite check-in, handle payments and refunds, prepare reports on registrations, attendance and revenue, and collaborate with teams to continuously improve registration processes and guest experience.
