Job Summary
Provide first-line IT support to colleagues across the Europe North region by responding to requests via ticketing systems, email, and phone. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues while assisting with device setup and supporting new hardware rollouts. Maintain accurate IT asset records and document resolutions within the service desk, delivering efficient remote and on-site support across ten countries. This 18-month apprenticeship includes hands-on training toward an ICT Level 3 qualification and a CompTIA Tech+ certification, with potential progression to a permanent IT Support Engineer role.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel between local sites when required

- Knowledge of Mobile devices (iOS and Android)
- Knowledge of IT ticketing systems
