Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and in-person consulting at partner SNF/LTC facilities. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff for holistic patient care. Complete documentation in Athena I EMR remotely while adhering to agency policies. Maintain compliance with all required certifications, including TB tests, CPR/AED, and First Aid. Work flexible hours with the option to see patients on your own time, supported by generous PTO and CEU allowances.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree
- Washington licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPC
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare
- Up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent written communication
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations
