EUDR & Integrated Management Systems Officer

Job Summary
Conduct Due Diligence Statements for in-scope products and transactions by collecting, validating, and managing supplier and geolocation data through the EUDR platform. Ensure reference numbers are recorded in ERP systems and verify green coffee traceability to finished products. Monitor regulatory developments, coordinate cross-functional actions between procurement, supply chain, and operations, and support employee training on EUDR obligations. Prepare and update management system documentation, participate in internal and external audits, and manage non-conformities with corrective actions. Maintain compliance with IFS, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, and other certification schemes including Rainforest Alliance, Kosher, and Organic standards. Assist the Integrated Management Systems Coordinator in implementing and maintaining these systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Food Science, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in management systems, certifications, regulatory compliance, quality assurance or supply-chain traceability
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel for data processing, validation, and reporting (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, and data visualization)
- Knowledge of management system standards and their implementation
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems, preferably SAP, as well as with traceability, data management and documentation processes
- Good understanding of relevant regulatory and legal requirements
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset and capability to work independently under evolving regulatory conditions
